Product Manager

Respoonsibilities:

• Define and implement the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to align with business goals.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, creating clear user stories and ensuring timely feature delivery.
• Monitor key product performance metrics (KPIs) and leverage data to inform product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and keep the product ahead of market trends.
• Act as the product's primary advocate, communicating goals, updates, and results to stakeholders.
• Address development challenges with creative and user-focused solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs in technology and workforce management.
