Job Summary
Supports the execution of a product strategy by performing research and analysis.
Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
- Identifies improvements to existing product processes; develops a strong understanding of processes and technology
- Completes ad-hoc assignments that assist in the development of product strategy and roadmap
- Researches competitors and verticals; prepares atypical reports related to financial position, competitive position and market potential
- Collaborates on and may create the financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with more senior team members
- Defines metrics that will be used to inform product success and help drive user experience improvements
- Designs product training curriculum; participates in cross-functional trainings and meetings
- Identifies partners to enhance or extend the product
- Supports with backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where needed
- Collaborates closely with technology teams
- Refines definition of allowable configurations, test cases and executes UAT
- Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
- Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
- Proven years experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
