Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative products that enhance the way we deliver entertainment experiences and manage PR campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and user research to go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with company objectives, market trends and needs.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, market trends and audience preferences to inform product decisions.
3. Product Development & Cross-functional collaborations: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, and content creation.
4. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, user feedback and technical considerations.
5. Technical Expertise: Understand the technical aspects of the product and being able to communicate effectively with the engineering teams.
6. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, business objectives and technical feasibility.
7. User Experience (UX) Design: Champion customer-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our audience through effective UX design.
8. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating marketing efforts.
9. Data Analysis and Iteration: Analyse product metrics and user feedback to iterate on the product and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
10. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, to communicate product updates and gather feedback.
11. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.
12. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the product delivers value.
13. Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
14. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of product timelines.
15. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the entertainment.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. (a plus)
