- Developing and creating a clear product strategy that aligns with company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Relevant training and certification
- 4- 5 years experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
- Technical background, with experience in using spreadsheets, and project management tools is an added advantage
