We seek to hire an energetic and suitable lead result-oriented Product Manager to help lead the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Lead the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development
- Analyze market data to formulate sales strategies and define product objectives for impactful marketing communications.
- Responsible for product vision and continuous improvement of features and benefits of products
- Communicate key messages and engage with many diverse functional stakeholders through the product lifecycle
- Actively seek customer and market input and data as a source of product innovation
- Responsible for continuous improvement of product post-commercialization
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Facilitate product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams to drive overall success.
- Evaluate customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships with a focus on ROI and build-vs-buy considerations.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Assess product requirements and devise programs to ensure their successful fulfillment.
- Develop, implement, and manage production timelines across multiple departments.
- Evaluate new product ideas and devise effective go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, product design or similar field
- Demonstrated success as a product developer in a non-managerial role.
- Knowledgeable in social media tools and online ads.
- Extensive experience in a dynamic product management role.
- Proven track record of overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- High proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in crafting finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, complemented by strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
