Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, facilitating communication between stakeholders and keeping them informed of product progress.
• User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric design philosophy by gathering feedback, conducting user interviews, and analyzing usage data to enhance product features.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Agile Practices: Lead Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring the team remains focused and productive.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the professional development of the product team.

Requirements:
