Job Description

• Collaborate on debt collection with other concerned departments.
• Collecting outstanding debts from clients and achieving debt collection targets.
• Checking customer credit and debt situation and deciding clients credit worthiness status.
• Ensure cash flow and maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
• Managing weekly tracking of outstanding debts;planning course of action to recover debt.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant University or a related field

- 2 years of proven experience in credit collection and recovery preferably in a Pharmaceutical organization, Microfinance Bank and Consumer Finance.

- Proven track record in address tracing.

- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Relevant training or certifications as a collection and recovery officer.
