- Total Ownership: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. Your goal is to convert leads into long-term partnerships by effectively presenting the value of integrating the company’s services into existing platforms.
- Relentless Closing: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your performance will be measured by your ability to close new accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy that resonates with decision-makers at potential clients, emphasizing how the company can enhance platform offerings and benefit customers.
- Negotiation Expertise: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for both the company and clients alike.
- Relationship Management: While your primary focus is on hunting and closing, you will also build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine your sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a relentless hunter, particularly in hunting and closing new business deals in the B-to-B software sector.
- Hunter Mentality: An aggressive and fearless approach to prospecting, with a passion for identifying and seizing new opportunities.
- Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in closing sales and achieving targets consistently. You are relentless, thrive in a high-pressure environment, and are motivated by results.
