Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging for digital products and services.
- Collaborate with product development teams to influence product roadmaps based on market insights.
- Develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, case studies, and digital content.
- Lead demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and business opportunities.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new market segments and business models.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer acquisition strategies and sales pitches.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new opportunities for digital product expansion.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and digital transformation trends to enhance product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and product management teams to refine product offerings.
- Align marketing efforts with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide feedback from customers and market insights to improve product innovation and customer experience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set KPIs and track business development and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on market performance, growth strategies, and forecasts.
- Optimize marketing campaigns and business development approaches based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, business development, or a similar role within a software/digital solutions company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in lead generation, sales enablement, and partnership development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, aligning marketing and business development with product strategy.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and industry trends.
