Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention.
• Manage partnerships with influencers, NYSC groups, and stakeholders to boost visibility.
• Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media, search engines, emails, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Content/Social Media Manager to align marketing campaigns with content strategies.
• Analyze user acquisition data, and market trends, and adjust strategies to meet growth goals.
• Develop and implement referral and incentive programs to encourage new sign-ups.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience
• A minimum SSCE certificate is required
• Proven experience in product marketing preferably in digital platforms or communities.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns influencer partnerships and community-driven platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to execute marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences
• Familiarity with user acquisition SEO content marketing and growth hacking techniques
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
