Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Have deep knowledge of our products, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
• Develop compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and copies, that effectively communicate product value propositions.
• Craft clear and consistent brand messages that resonate with our target audience.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Train distributors and sales managers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques to maximize success.
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and inform product marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing valuable data-driven insights for future strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in electronics, insurance, or real estate products
• Record of success developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with sales teams and distributors to drive product knowledge and sales growth.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
