Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the product
- Targeting high-potential customers, to increase product sales and meet established sales goals.
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records
- Build and maintain a strong community around the product
- Track and measure product performance
- Set the product vision and strategy
- Oversee the development and launch of new products and features
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Drive product launches and represent the customer within the development process
- Articulate the product vision, write requirements, and maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Manage product profitability and commercial success, providing insights to stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, reports, reviews and issues
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns, content and strategies
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience with user research and design methodologies
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or sales with 3 years in enterprise sales or product sales to high-net-worth individual
- Experience in travel or immigration-related industries is an added advantage
- Experience with digital-led products is an added advantage
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Previous experience in gathering client/business requirements and documentation
- Previous experience building long-lasting customer/client relationships
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
