Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the product
  • Targeting high-potential customers, to increase product sales and meet established sales goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records
  • Build and maintain a strong community around the product
  • Track and measure product performance
  • Set the product vision and strategy
  • Oversee the development and launch of new products and features
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Drive product launches and represent the customer within the development process
  • Articulate the product vision, write requirements, and maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success, providing insights to stakeholders
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, reports, reviews and issues
  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns, content and strategies
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with user research and design methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms



Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or sales with 3 years in enterprise sales or product sales to high-net-worth individual
  • Experience in travel or immigration-related industries is an added advantage
  • Experience with digital-led products is an added advantage
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Previous experience in gathering client/business requirements and documentation
  • Previous experience building long-lasting customer/client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
