Job Summary
We are a dynamic and innovative product manufacturer /distribution company within the mobile phone and accessories industry. We are currently seeking a talented & professional product testing specialist. The product tester will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate evaluations of various products, including but not limited to various electronics and household items. Such an individual will be expected to follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and unbiased results. The product tester must have excellent attention to detail and be able to clearly communicate their findings and recommendations to the appropriate teams. The individual should also have a strong understanding of consumer preferences and market trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in product testing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with new and emerging products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Test products for quality and functionality
- Provide feedback on product design and features
- Identify and report any defects or issues with the product
- Provide 1st technical support on all active products available for both online/offline sales channels
- Provide related product training for both internal and external stakeholders ensuring knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of consumer electronics, power, and audio products
- Review product specifications and value proposition.
- Market research and marketplace product comparisons
- Create key selling points for products
Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of proven product testing experience as a device /hardware testing specialist or relevant role within the communication industry, preferably dealing with mobile phones and /or accessories
- Detailed oriented, Organized and Analytical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Willingness to learn by doing, and not afraid to ask questions
- Proficiency in the use of various testing equipment and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- BSc/HND in related field
