Ideal candidates should have various experiences in production ie, Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Thermofoaming, Diaper Production and Luggage Production.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between management and factory floor staff, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of directives.
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor progress on production schedules and provide regular updates to management.
- Address and resolve conflicts between staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify and report operational challenges, proposing practical solutions to management.
- Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are adhered to across all production processes.
- Build strong relationships with both management and staff to promote trust and mutual understanding.
- Organize and lead daily briefing sessions to communicate goals and expectations clearly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years working experience as a production coordinator or a similar role
- Proven track record as a production coordinator, leadership role, or similar role.
