Content Marketing Strategist

Job Title: Content Marketing Strategist (Lactation & Motherhood Expert)
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)
Location: Isolo, Lagos (Proximity is key)
Salary: 150k net

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a content marketing strategy that resonates with expectant and nursing mothers, aligning with the company's mission and lactation product offerings.
2. Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, videos, podcasts, and guides) that addresses the needs, concerns, and interests of the target audience.
3. Leverage personal experience with childbirth and lactation to authentically connect with the audience and create empathetic content.
4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and scientific research related to lactation, motherhood, and parenting.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment.
6. Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
7. Identify and partner with influencers, thought leaders, and organizations in the motherhood and lactation space to expand the company's reach.
8. Develop and execute social media campaigns that promote products, education, and community engagement.
9. Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
10. Create educational resources (e.g., webinars, eBooks, whitepapers) that establish the company as a trusted authority in lactation and motherhood.

Requirements:
- Personal experience with childbirth and lactation
- 3+ years of content marketing experience
- Strong understanding of lactation, motherhood, and parenting topics
- Critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Passion for empowering expectant and nursing mothers
