Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, FDA, and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures across all production stages.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline operations.

- Lead, train, and supervise production staff to achieve set goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production management (experience in wellness or pharmaceutical industries preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including NAFDAC and FDA.
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
