Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Management: Develops and implements production schedules, ensuring timely manufacturing of collections while optimizing resources and timelines.
• Supplier & Material Coordination: Manages relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of quality materials and addressing any supply chain issues.
• Quality Oversight: Ensures that all products meet quality standards, conducting regular checks and collaborating with the quality control team to resolve issues.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitors production budgets, controls costs, and identifies opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Works closely with design, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure production aligns with brand goals and provides regular updates on production status.
• Team Management: Leads and motivates the production team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in garment production management, preferably in fashion or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion production cycles.
• Proven ability to manage teams and work within fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use production planning tools, spreadsheets, and basic inventory software.
• Great interpersonal communication and vendor negotiation skills.
