We are a leading multi-product cassava processing plant committed to delivering high-quality cassava-based products to meet the growing demands of our fast-expanding consumer base.
To ensure the effective and seamless operation of our activities across core functions, we urgently require suitably qualified candidates with not less than 5 years of experience to fill the product manager role
PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, and monitoring all production and maintenance activities to maximize the use of the organizations resources to deliver finished goods to customer demand and meet established production specifications and schedules.
Remuneration: N 350,000 to 500,000 with accommodation.

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or Food production, or a related field
- 5+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
