Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure adequate materials for production.
- Collect and analyze production data to make informed decisions and report on performance metrics to upper management.
- Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Manage the daily operations of the bottling line, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
