A Leading Innovative Healthcare Company based in Lagos needs to engage the services of a highly competent individual for the position of Production Pharmaceutical. The position requires the candidate to assist the Team lead in achieving departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of the production lines of pharmaceutical and veterinary products to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Use technical and product understanding skills to troubleshoot and solve product-related issues
- Ensure that GMPs are strictly adhered to in all aspects of operation, maintain daily records on performance reports of his section
- Ensure proper housekeeping, train and supervise all production and packaging operatives
- Work under minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- B.Pharm with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Must be registered with PCN.
- Display an understanding of good manufacturing principles and good documentation practices to achieve products with consistency in quality and safety compliance.
- Display good people management skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent listening /communication skills.
