Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the production process team to achieve output and efficiency targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards within the production environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm).
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency and innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
