Production Staff (NYSC)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and creation of hats and headwear.
• Cut, sew, and assemble hats using various fabrics and materials.
• Shape, block, and trim hats according to design specifications.
• Select appropriate materials and supplies for each project.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Make necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Work closely with other production staff to understand and execute design concepts
• Communicate progress and any issues to the Manager
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bsc or HND in any relevant field.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of sewing techniques is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Accommodation would not be provided)
