Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable beverage Production Supervisor to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive feasibility study for establishing a juice production business in Nigeria, with potential market reach across West Africa.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess demand and analyze competitor strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards for juice production.
- Provide recommendations on production processes including sourcing raw materials, quality control, and manufacturing technologies.
- Develop a comprehensive financial model detailing capital requirements, projected revenue, operating costs, profit margins, and return on investment (ROI) over the short and long term.
- Propose strategies for product development, branding, and market positioning.
- Evaluate sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly packaging options.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Present detailed reports to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead the end-to-end process of developing a feasibility study for the juice production business.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and profitability assessments.
- A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Certifications in food safety, regulatory compliance or supply chain management will be highly valued.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage production sector, with at least 3 years in juice production or a closely related field.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and market entry strategies, within the food & beverage industry, particularly in emerging markets.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian and West African juice markets, including regulatory requirements and consumer behaviour.
- Experience working with manufacturing facilities, supply chain management, and understanding of production processes in the food and beverage industry.
Additional skills:
- Expertise in Nigerian and West African food safety regulations, labelling laws, and regulatory approval processes.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in juice production, including organic, sparkling, functional beverages, and children’s products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and profitability assessments.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 800,000
