Product/Project Manager

As the Product/Project Manager, youâll play a dual role, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our clientâs products and managing the cross-functional project execution required to bring them to market. This mid-senior role requires strong product strategy and project management expertise to ensure timely, customer-focused solutions that align with our clientâs strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities,,,

Product Management

• You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• You will conduct market research and gather customer insights to uncover trends and identify opportunities.
• You will write and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and specifications for the development team.
• You will monitor product performance, gathering data to guide feature enhancements and future development.

Project Management

• You will develop project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• You will coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• You will track and report project progress, proactively managing risks and addressing challenges.
• You will manage scope, budget, and timeline, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• You will serve as the primary contact for product and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals.
• You will lead team meetings, progress updates, and project retrospectives to maintain transparency.
• You will partner with marketing and customer support to drive product adoption and gather user feedback.
  
  

Compliance and Risk Management

• You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• You will proactively identify and mitigate product and project risks to maintain smooth delivery.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate has/is

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital finance.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in end-to-end project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and assess project success.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects with attention to detail and changing priorities.
• Experience with microfinance or lending products.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
