Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services.
- Engage with clients to understand and meet their grooming needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and equipment.
- Promote and recommend hair care products to clients.
- Assist in the implementation of customer loyalty programs and service promotions.
- Uphold Swift Trimz Lounge’s standards for professionalism and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional barbering experience.
- Minimum of SSCE
- Proficiency in various haircutting techniques and styling styles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
