Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create custom garments according to client specifications and measurements.
- Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring new fashion ideas to life.
- Ensure all garments are constructed to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain and operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and tailoring techniques.
- Manage and organize the tailoring workspace for efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tailor in a professional setting
- Excellent sewing skills with a keen eye for details
- Ability to interpret and work from tech packs and fashion illustrations.
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with digital patterns and garment design software is a plus.
Location: Arepo Ogun State
Remuneration: NGN 55,000 - 150,000
