Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans for program implementation, including goals, objectives, timelines, and budgetary requirements, as well as monitor program progress and performance
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day implementation of program and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders involved in program activities.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to students and partners involved in program implementation.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, donors, and stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and networks for program implementation and sustainability.
• Carry out other day-to-day administrative tasks within the organization as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, education/psychology degree will be an added advantage
• At least a year of proven experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit 
• Proficiency in Google Office tools
• Passionate about education, teaching, and mentoring teenagers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
