Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Programs and Administration, the Programs & Digital Media Intern will play an important role in planning and implementing programs. You will utilize a variety of creative strategies and tools to tell our story, lead our program campaigns online and communicate with different stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Media/Communications:
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms to boost engagement and awareness.
- Create visually appealing and professional graphics for digital campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional and educational purposes.
- Write, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and inform our audience.
- Track digital analytics and provide insights for improved engagement and outreach.
Program Coordination & Implementation:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and conferences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design, develop, and implement innovative career training programs and conferences.
- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, onboarding, materials preparation, post-event evaluations including close-out reports, and ensuring timely delivery of all programs.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of professional experience in digital media content creation
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wondershare Filmora or similar software.
- You communicate well (written & verbal) with attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing tools i.e., Mailerlite, Mailchimp.
- Experience with CRM’s (Desirable)
- Experience in the not-for-profit space (Desirable)
- Skilled - You have relevant skills in developing digital media content and communication materials.
- High on execution - Getting results is important to you. You walk the talk!
- Agency - You take initiative and can work independently.
Note: This position will be a hybrid role (which includes on-site work for at least two days a week). Some flexible working hours may be required to accommodate program events and activities during the weekend.
