Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of health and economic inclusion programs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
- Ensure program quality, impact, and accountability through effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, including communities, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Conduct needs assessments, baseline studies, and program evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
