Job Summary
Leadership Initiative for Youth Empowerment is a youth-focused NGO that is dedicated to promoting equity and access to development for young people in Nigeria and seek to improve the lives of young girls and sexually vulnerable females based on strong feminist principles of equity and social justice. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our dynamic team, manage project implementation, and drive fundraising efforts to achieve our goals. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across key areas including personnel management, fundraising, and project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, securing funding, and successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Personnel Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Fundraising:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet financial targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Prepare grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
Project Implementation:
- Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the development of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration) or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on team management, fundraising, and project execution.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Strong track record in fundraising, including securing grants, sponsorships, and donations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Okota-Isolo, Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000 Monthly
