Job Summary
The Project Administrator / Document Controller will manage all project documentation, track compliance with classification society requirements (ABS), and support administrative tasks for a marine vessel project inside a port and shipyard.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ABS, DNV, or other regulatory bodies.
- Assist in scheduling and project coordination.
- Support procurement and logistics documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in document control for offshore/marine projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Additional skills:
- Experience with working in a port/shipyard
- Familiar with the protocols/procedures in a port/shipyard.
