Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple digital and operational projects across departments
- Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, updates, and task follow-ups
- Maintain detailed project trackers, calendars, meeting notes, and status reports
- Communicate updates clearly and consistently to internal teams and clients
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively assist in resolving coordination issues
- Keep stakeholders aligned through structured documentation and timelines
- Support onboarding and workflow setup for new team members or projects
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in a project coordination, executive assistant, or operations role
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Additional Skills:
- Experience coordinating digital or creative/tech-related projects
- Familiarity with remote or hybrid team environments
- Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder communication
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.)
