Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bidding Engineer who will also serve as a Planner and Project Controller. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing strong bid proposals, cost estimation, project planning, and control, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. The salary for this role is 400-600k per month, depending on capabilities and experience.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals.

- Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets.

- Create and manage project schedules and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and implement control measures.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Proficient in project management software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
