We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Engineer to join our construction team. The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and design team to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Technical Support:
- Review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
Cost and Budget Management:
- Prepare and track budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts for projects.
- Assist in managing procurement processes and tracking material usage.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and timelines.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks or delays affecting project delivery.
Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to maintain high standards.
- Address and resolve non-compliance or quality issues promptly.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience
