Project Executive/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop design, interpret design, and supervise execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Assist in carrying out supervisory role and operational management functions
• Initiate meetings and represent employer when instructed.
• Submit daily, and weekly expenses/imprest to the account department for bookkeeping.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, building and related fields
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in managing projects preferably building construction and interior renovation projects.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work and identify the best people for the job.
• Logical reasoner.
• Good communication.
• Integrity- The job requires being honest and ethical
