Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Understand construction laws, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Remuneration: NGN 170,000 -200,000
