Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Cold calling, record keeping and sales.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and report on status.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation and communication to stakeholders.
- Help identify potential risks and issues and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service roleĀ
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and procedures.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
