Project Management Instructor

About the Role:

As a Project Management Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on various project management methodologies and best practices. You will inspire and motivate participants, equipping them with the practical knowledge and tools to effectively manage projects of all sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, covering topics such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
• Facilitate group discussions, encourage active participation, and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Assess participant progress and provide individualized support to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Stay current with the latest project management trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with other instructors and curriculum developers to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
• Manage classroom logistics and ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Minimum of one year of experience in training or teaching, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, Asana etc.).
