Job Summary

As a Project Management Intern, you will assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to internet service installations, maintenance, and upgrades. Your role will involve supporting project timelines, resource allocation, and client communications, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. You will gain hands-on experience in managing various aspects of ISP projects, from initiation to completion, while learning about industry best practices.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and customer support departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Support in scheduling client installations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and updating relevant stakeholders on project statuses.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination, such as preparing reports and organizing meetings.
  • Learn and apply ISP-specific project management tools and methodologies.



Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools (experience with software like Microsoft Project or Trello is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
