The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of bathroom design, installation, and surface finishing projects. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Lead and coordinate diverse teams of contractors, designers, and engineers to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project, including bathroom installation and finishing processes, meet the highest quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges and unexpected issues promptly to maintain project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while maintaining project momentum.
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.


Requirements:

  • A strong focus on ensuring quality in every aspect of the project.v
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, design, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as knowledge of bathroom installation and finishing processes.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex schedules and budgets.
  • Quick and effective decision-making skills to address unexpected challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both team coordination and client interactions.
