Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Lead and coordinate diverse teams of contractors, designers, and engineers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure all aspects of the project, including bathroom installation and finishing processes, meet the highest quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively, managing labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges and unexpected issues promptly to maintain project progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while maintaining project momentum.
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
- A strong focus on ensuring quality in every aspect of the project.v
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, design, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as knowledge of bathroom installation and finishing processes.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex schedules and budgets.
- Quick and effective decision-making skills to address unexpected challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both team coordination and client interactions.
