Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise all phases of real estate projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges or delays.
- Lead project team meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams efficiently.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends in Lagos.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
