Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead, manage, and deliver projects within our hospitality organization. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with company standards and industry regulations. This role is essential for driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement project plans for various hospitality initiatives, including renovations, new installations, and service enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, construction, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
- Track project performance, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports, including updates on progress, budget status, and potential risks, to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project management software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on effective stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented and capable of adapting to fast-paced environments.
