Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project participants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Remuneration: NGN 7 - 10 Million per Annum
