Job Summary
TCE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the efficient management, sales, and marketing of our property portfolio. This role ensures the seamless execution of property management services, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and financial reporting, while also driving property sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in multitasking, and has a strong understanding of property management and real estate marketing best practices. Candidates residing in the Ikeja area are strongly preferred. The Project Manager at TCE oversees property operations, sales, and marketing, ensuring occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease management, property visits, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. Collaboration with a sister company and in-office attendance on Mon and Fri.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee property management operations, coordinating services such as tenant screening, lease management, property inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Property Visits: Conduct regular on-site property visits to ensure properties are well-maintained, conduct inspections, and meet with tenants or vendors as needed.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and maximize occupancy rates. Market and sell newly completed commercial and residential properties to interested buyers, collaborating with leasing agents and utilizing social media, advertising channels, and marketing events to attract quality tenants and buyers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team, including leasing agents, maintenance staff, and administrative support, to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Tenant Relations and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, addressing questions, concerns, and disputes. Promote positive tenant relations to support high occupancy rates and lease renewals.
- Outsourcing Maintenance Projects: Assess property maintenance needs and outsource projects to appropriate experts and contractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of property management, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure timely deposits and accurate records.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms to promote properties, engage with potential tenants and buyers, and build brand awareness. Develop and implement a social media strategy to attract quality tenants and buyers and highlight property features.
- Collaboration with Sister Company: Work closely with the sister company to develop aligned operational strategies and achieve common goals, leveraging shared resources and expertise to enhance both companies’ performance and growth.
- Research on Industry Processes: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for property management to continually improve and implement new processes that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service quality. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: ND, HND, or NCE in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field. Prior project management and real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Location: Must live in or near the Ikeja area to facilitate regular property visits and in-office attendance.
In-Office Requirement: Must be available to work in the office on Mondays and Fridays to collaborate with the team and provide regular updates to management. Candidate can work remotely on other days.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relations skills to maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic knowledge of content creation for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of property management regulations, leasing, and financial reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
