We’re seeking a construction project manager to expand our digital footprint and oversee our corporate communications efforts. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing informed content strategies tailored towards the strengths of various social media platforms in order to increase brand awareness and affinity.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage project bidding throughout the tender stages with a deep understanding of clients' expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans using the BIM model and program of works including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Regular progress reports with consistent updates on the SHL project's status, covering progress, issues, and next steps every week as agreed with the client representative.
- Diligently prepare budget Reports with regular financial updates, including actual spending vs. budget, forecasts, and any cost overruns duly presented at monthly MPR meetings.
- Timely reporting and documentation of risk updates on identified risks, mitigation strategies, and any new project concerns that arise during the project.
- Spearhead client meetings and presentations to review progress, address concerns, and align on upcoming activities.
- Handle project closure with a comprehensive report at the project's completion, summarizing achievements, lessons learned, and final financials.
- Conduct Client Feedback and Satisfaction Surveys, by regular collection of client feedback to gauge satisfaction with SHL procedures and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- M.sc in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Project Manager, or relevant field
- PMP certified
- Must be a chartered member of relevant industry governing bodies
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in the construction space
- Experience with MS Project and other project management tools
- Skilled in project portfolio management
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Powerpoint design and presentation
- Excellent Client Engagement skills
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 600,000
