Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive project plans that merge technical, financial and client requirements
- Oversee site operations and manage construction teams.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Fostering strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Driving innovation in sustainable construction practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Professional certification PMP, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
