We are a creative marketing agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, and design solutions. We partner with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to develop impactful marketing strategies and compelling brand narratives. We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate must have experience working remotely, a background in a marketing or creative agency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple marketing, branding, and design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workflows, and schedules using project management tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges that may impact project success.
  • Track project performance, providing updates, reports, and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables align with the agreed-upon scope and quality standards.
  • Implement best practices for productivity, collaboration, and workflow optimization in a fully remote setting.


Requirements:

  • Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to successfully manage projects in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Marketing/Creative Agency Experience: At least three years of experience managing projects within a marketing, branding, or creative agency environment.
  • Project Management Tools Proficiency: Strong experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar to track project progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Zoom, and other digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate teams, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Reliable Remote Work Setup: Must have a stable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and a reliable computer/laptop for remote work.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing creative or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, web development workflows, and content creation processes.


Location: Remote

Remuneration: NGN 400,000

Work Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays; Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Start Date: March 17, 2025
