Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the Vendor Office, ensuring all tasks run smoothly
• Supervise and manage vendors and technicians (electricians, tilers, carpenters, plumbers, etc.)
• Assign technicians to client projects based on scope and schedule
• Ensure vendors meet design quality and service standards
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand project goals, timelines, and expectations
• Create detailed project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and budget, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
• Lead internal design teams and maintain collaboration with contractors and vendors
• Keep accurate records of vendor performance, job assignments, contracts, and documentation
• Conduct regular site visits, team meetings, and project reviews to maintain alignment and accountability

Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in project management, architecture, interior design, or a related field
• Strong background or experience in architecture, construction, or building services
• Proven experience managing multiple design or build projects from start to finish
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
