Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
• Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can enhance productivity and elevate the quality of products.
• Promptly address escalated issues involving the products and services, and follow up for timely resolutions.
• Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
• Monitoring and managing multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws, which are run for various software products, and within their calendars.
• Organizing product promotion draws and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years experience in a Project Management role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage but not mandatory.
• Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel).
• Should have some background of working in any Software/Applications deployment projects.
• Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Very good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Ability to manage effective project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
