If so, we are looking for a talented Project Manager.

PROJECT MANAGER OUTCOMES:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all client accounts are up to date and all tasks are completed on time. You are a critical part of customer satisfaction, and you'll be involved in solving customer needs as well as working with the creative team to ensure things get done.

• Check all accounts daily and ensure that tasks are prioritized amongst the team
• Understand social media and branding needs to ensure team is meeting quality
• Answer client questions and communicate quickly and clearly
• Support the design and video editing team to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure team is following processes and procedures; suggest any updates
• Drive multiple components of a project to get it done quickly and correctly
• Handle incoming tasks and ensure they are managed according to our processes
• Track data in a project manager

Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a Project Manager, with social media, or at a creative or marketing agency, but this is not required. You will be fully trained on all aspects of the role.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to be assertive, but kind, with team members to get things done
• Strong written communication in English and understanding of Grammar
• Ability to follow directions exactly with little to no error
• Hunger and ability to learn quickly
• Great team player with a good sense of humor and fun
• Disciplined and observes deadlines carefully
• Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 3mbps internet subscription
• Back up WiFi in case main source goes down
• Willing to collaborate and present ideas
